Project Type: Preparatory

The main objective of this preparatory application is, in co-operation with Norway, to implement a main project of a supportive nature to the DESERVE project, which has already been accepted within the NPP programme.The preparatory project will search for a model to link these two projects, the DESERVE project and the Bottom Rules project together. In this preparatory application we will identify the connections between these two main projects and form an activity plan, which will supply both projects with an added value concerning different aspects and models for rural development at European, regional and local levels. The preparatory application will result in a main project application, designed and constructed around this activity plan, which by then will be implemented with all partners in the DESERVE project as well as the Bottom Rules project.

Target Area: Norway (6 municipalities in Nord-Trondelag County and 3 municipalities in Nordland County), and Sweden(all 8 municipalities in The County of Jamtland)
