Overall objective in main project is to strengthen the audiovisual industry in the Northern Periphery area through establishing a network and encouraging cooperation and coordination of individuals and organisations in the field.The expected result is a preliminary study of the current situation of the audiovisual industries in the NPP area, a detailed action plan and a completed application for a main NPP project by 31/10/04.
