Programme Monitoring Committee

The PMC is responsible for supervising the programme and its overall task is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the programme's implementation. The PMC also acts as a Steering Committee during the assessment and approval procedure for applications. Each country involved in the programme is represented on the committee and decisions are made by consensus.
