Internet based healthcare for community employees

The project aim is to reduce sick leave and ill health among community-employed staff. Another goal is to lower the costs for sickness among employers. In the future it is very important to have a good situation in the work so the public sector can attract jobseekers. The municipalities have to enter competition in order to recruit future employees staff. The working life must give more thrive to the human being. This project will try to solve these problems. A complete model is the result of the project. The result expected is to have the healthiest staff in each country that is involved after ending the main project.
