If you have a project idea that you would like to further develop or are considering making an application to the programme, please contact the Joint Programme Secretariat for further guidance.

Second Call for Applications

The second call for proposals is now launched as of 16th of January 2008. The call is open to applicants from across the programme area and will close on 7th of March 2008.

Applications are invited that address the two priorities of the programme:

  1. Promoting innovation and competitiveness in remote and peripheral areas
  2. Sustainable development of natural and community resources

Available Funding
No specific budget has been allocated for this second call, but between 2007-2013 the Programme will commit around €45 million of which €35.115 million of European funds (ERDF) for partners in Member States and €10.155 for partners in the Non member States. After the first call, in which 12 projects were approved, 32,5% of the programme funds has been allocated.

  • Application Form: Parts 1-2 in Word format and Part 3 in Excel format

Preparatory Projects

The open call for preparatory projects has now been launched and the preparatory project application form is available on this website. A copy can be downloaded under Downloads/Preparatory Project Application Form and Guidelines. Preparatory project applications can be submitted at any time and expenditure will become eligible from the date of submission.
